Who is Cherie King?

Allow me to introduce myself…

Once again, I’m Cherie King and I am an avid Inter-Network Marketer & Coach.

I am also wife of 21 years to my handsome, loving, highly supportive, highly-gifted computer geek (LOL)  husband who also happens to be my best friend and Pastor/Life Coach-Dr. William King, Jr.; I’m a mom to 4 beautiful, lovingly-kind, bright and intelligent children ages ranging from 7-19 and… I am a stay-at-home mom & proud home-schooler!

I have been working from home since 1996 – aspiring since around 1992 when we tried various MLM’s. My first (what I consider) “real” work-from-home gig was running and operating my own mini-hair salon from my home, which I did for about 3 1/2 years. After becoming burned out by “standing-behind-the-chair” as well as a major life shift and some hard times my family fell on, I began searching for other ways to make money from home. That is when I discovered Internet Marketing and that was in November 1999.

When I first started out I knew absolutely NOTHING about Internet Marketing!  I started out marketing affiliate programs, making $0.00 at first but I was determined so I read, learned and put into practice and then things started to change for me.  I began making money here and there…getting some checks in the mail and I believe that was one of the things that kept me going.  I believed that if I can make a small amount of money, I can make a HUGE amount of money.

Later, I went on to create my own e-products (I wrote several natural hair-related ebooks) and started selling those and have been ever since.   Creating my own product(s) was a major shift for me in more ways then one!  I gave up ALL affiliate marketing and concentrated on my own products and did that for years.  But something was still missing…

One Thing Led To Another…

I won’t get into the whole long story of how Internet Marketing outside of my own products resurfaced in my life, but I will say that it led me right back to my “roots”…Network Marketing and MLM but this time with a twist!

As I stated on the home page here, I had tried and failed at MLM’s in the past and told myself I’d NEVER get involved in another one (never say “never”!) But this time around I have found a new love for Network Marketing!  Things are so different now-a-days because of the neat way technology has found it’s own “love affair” with Network Marketing. I love Internet Marketing…always have…and now that I can incorporate Internet Marketing with Network Marketing, it’s just a great relationship once you learn the “secrets” to Inter-Network Marketing and doing it  the right way…the more effective way.

I truly enjoy what I do and to me, that’s what matters. It’s actually fun learning new things, applying what you learn and (the best part) actually making money in the process of helping others!

And you know what else?  I will admit that during the time when I was focused ONLY on my own products that I stopped learning new things (and not seeing my ebooks do as well as I knew they could in the process) – being re-introduced to Internet Marketing and the recent marketing training I’ve gotten has even helped my ebook business!  I’ve been applying what I’ve learned to my other websites marketing and the results have been nothing short of astounding!
