Does MLSP (MLM Lead System Pro) Have It All Wrong About Who Your Target Market Is?

Alright, in this “part two” continuation of my series on the “real deal” with MLSP and if they can TRULY help you in your MLM, let’s dig a bit deeper into one of the top concerns people have about this system.

It’s no secret that the message from MLSP and their supporters states that your target audience should be not only people who are actively seeking to join an MLM but even more so…people who are ALREADY involved in an MLM!

Now I will be the first one to admit that when I first heard that concept, I thought those folks were just plum loco!  I mean, “If yall are telling me that the whole reason for me getting involved with MLSP and using this system is to get leads for MY business, how in the world is that going to work if I’m targeting people who are already IN an MLM??“  That’s what I used to say to myself!

LOL…and I can almost “hear” you saying, “EXACTLY! Yeah I know!  That’s exactly right!  That doesn’t make any sense at ALL!”

But Although It Took Me A Minute To “Get It”…I Finally Got It! *PHEW*!

So allow me to elaborate on this and break it down for you in a way that, hopefully, you’ll “get it” too.

Now, imagine that you always dreamed of owning a 5 star French restaurant (you’re a chef now) and a billionaire walked up to you and said, “I will give you the money to open the restaurant of your dreams but the moment your food gets a poor review from the critics…I will remove all of my funding from your establishment”

Would you go up and down the streets of (where ever you reside) looking for people to come and work in your restaurant?  Would you call up your mama, grandma and aunties to come and cook the food knowing full well that while they can definitely throw down in the kitchen with the greens, mac-n-cheese and sweet potato pie, they don’t know the first thing about French cuisine?  Or…would you seek after people who are chefs already…people who have experience working in such an establishment?

Now as a side note:  If Mama and Grandma WANTED to come and cook for your restaurant, and if you’re SMART, you’d get ‘em trained and let them do their thing!

But seriously, the same thing applies in your MLM business.  Do you want to waste time running through any and every “Joe Blow” who not only has no experience in Network Marketing, but they’re not even sold on the idea of it and think it’s a scam and a pyramid?  Or would you rather skip over that whole grueling process and target people who ARE already sold on MLM?

Now I realize that they are STILL already in a business but here are a few things I want you to keep in mind, okay?

1. Although you are targeting current Network Marketers, not everyone who comes through your system will be in a company.  They may be people who desire to get involved with one, but want to learn how to market FIRST!

2. Companies come and go.  Have you ever been in a company and then all of a sudden it folded…just shut down?  No?  Well it certainly happens…just ask the folks who USED to be in Xlr8 or iLearning Global!  Therefore, imagine if you had been targeting other MLM’ers and you were getting leads that were involved in that particular company…once their company did what it did, whose business would more than likely be at the forefront of their minds to join?  Need a hint?  YOURS!

3. Companies make undesirable changes.  They change comp. plans, they change product formulations…they change how they do business, period.  And quite often, people will not take to kindly to a lot of major changes and they will leave.  If you have people in your funnel that end up feeling their current company is no longer suiting their needs, who do you think they’re going to look to first when time to join another deal?

4. Some people will drop their company like a bad habit.  If you are bringing it…and I mean REALLY bringing it in terms of leadership & value and your leads are just really enamored with you…there will be times when people will actually leave their present company just for the honor and privilege to work more closely with and learn more from…YOU!

All of the above scenarios are real…I’ve personally experienced them and I personally know others who have as well.

So there…do YOU get it now?
