The Fourth Reason It’s A Good Idea That Network Marketers Focus On Getting Customers
Happy, satisfied, dedicated customers make the best team members!
If you have any reps on your team, think about how & why they signed up.
I want you to think of a couple of them who joined based solely on the income opportunity:
How is their performance?
Do they give you a lot of excuses? Are they NOT coachable? Do they fight you on everything you advise them to do?
If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, why do you think that is?
Typically it’s because they don’t have enough belief in your company nor Network Marketing as a whole.
They want the END RESULT, but they:
a. want it quick, fast, and in a hurry and if it doesn’t happen fast enough… they’re ready to quit or move to the next company where they “think” it’s gonna happen faster.
b. don’t want to put in the work necessary to achieve the end result.
But think about the team members who, prior to signing up, used your product or service and got desirable results.
They learned the what’s and what not’s of using the product or service.
They now BELIEVE in the product or service!
And when they signed up, it was because of that belief in the product, the great results they’ve gotten, and the strong desire to help others get results… WHILE making money in the process.
They have an entirely different motivation and a stronger foundation other than just, “I wanna make money“.
People can make money anywhere, doing anything. There are a TON of business opportunities out there to choose from.
But your CUSTOMERS who have fallen in love with your products will tend to be more loyal and, in many cases, excited to share the product and their results with others; and that excitement & passion will be evident, as their motivation behind “doing the business” will be different and more solid.
Now, I know what you’ve been taught in relation to how to get customers – warm list of friends & family, wearing buttons or other company paraphernalia to spark conversations, hosting parties, etc. and not to knock any of those, as they work for some but; if you would like to learn how I generate customers in my business without doing those things because CUSTOMERS FIND & COME TO ME…
