The Second Reason It’s Good That Network Marketers Focus On Getting Customers
It protects YOUR integrity
In a previous post, I mentioned that the first reason Network Marketers may want to focus on getting customers was to protect the integrity of the company that you’re involved in.
Another reason is to protect YOUR integrity!
What do I mean by that?
Well, think about it.
When you see people who are always pitching some type of money-making program, do they ever appear like some kind of shifty… slick… sleazy shyster? (say THAT 5 times fast!)
And not ALL do, but many do. In fact, they kinda reek of it.
So, is that the impression YOU want to have on people OR… would you rather come across as a TRUE business person… an Entrepreneur?
I have a good friend (who also happens to be my mentor) and he calls himself, “The Corporate Network Marketer“. He is a real classy guy with a LOT of integrity.
And because of his integrity, among other things such as his willingness to teach and coach others to success, he has built a very successful business and people really like & trust him as a true industry leader!
That is something you definitely want to strive for in YOUR business and it will take you much further!
Just keep this in mind…
A REAL business (think brick & mortar) does not go around looking for others to start a business. Even franchises don’t go around, “You look like a sharp individual. Do you keep your options open?”
They SELL goods & services and let those who want to buy into a franchise come and seek them out on how to do that! (“MESSAGE!”)
So again, protecting your integrity is just one more reason for YOU to consider leading with your product(s) or service(s) more so than with the business opportunity!
Now, I know what you’ve been taught in relation to how to get customers – warm list of friends & family, wearing buttons or other company paraphernalia to spark conversations, hosting parties, etc. and not to knock any of those, as they work for some but; if you would like to learn how I generate customers in my business without doing those things because CUSTOMERS FIND & COME TO ME…
