Have you ever tried recruiting just any “Joe Blow” into your business?
Did they happily and willingly get signed up as soon as you showed them the presentation?
Or did they give you objection after objection?
Some probably didn’t even bother to return your call when you attempted to follow up, did they?
This usually happens when YOU approach people who initiated no interest in your business (or even products) as opposed to THEM approaching you.
But it’s a little bit different when you approach customers, though.
See, when you approach customers to become a rep, they won’t be as likely to come with the whole, “It’s a pyramid/scam” objection – because they know that THEY’VE gotten results and that they’re merely getting PAID to refer the product or service to others.
And no, not all of them will desire to make money by sharing the product or service with others, but some WILL see it & get it and with proper guidance & training; they have the potential to be GREAT team members because they have a greater belief in what they’re offering, due to the results they’ve gotten.
