Now, let me preface this by saying…
This is NOT about the MLM company, Younique.
This IS about YOU not being afraid to be YOU when marketing yourself and your business… especially online.
It’s no secret that we all have different personalities and therefore, we will attract certain people to us – typically people who are like us.
If you want to attract someone NOT like yourself, then perhaps you may want to act like those you WISH to attract!
But at the same token, sometimes opposites attract. For example…

You may work from home and always dress in t-shirts and jeans. But you feel that you want to attract those in Corporate America. You may be thinking, “Well, if I wanna attract “the suits” then I need to dress in a suit. That might attract SOME people who work corporate jobs, but there may be some out there thinking,
“MAN! I want to get OUT of having to wear these stuffy old suits day in and day out. Oh, this guy here claims he works from home, yet he dresses just like me. I don’t want that! Ahhh… here’s a guy who says he makes 6 figures working from home AND he’s in a t-shirt and jeans! Now THAT’S what I’d like to do! Let me check this guy out.“
So NOW what?
Back to being YOU!
This doesn’t mean you have to TOTALLY let your hair all the way down… but don’t be afraid to be yourself and add your own flavor to the mix!

She has a HUGE following on YouTube. Look at the views her videos get. Look at how her videos go viral.
Now do some people dislike or even hate Auntie Fee? Of course… there will always be haters no matter what you do. But many people LOVE her… I’m one of them! I love her because:
1. She reminds me of one of my aunties
2. She is REAL
3. She is HERSELF
4. A lot of her food looks GOOD – I made her “Dumb Good Macaroni & Cheese” and it was the BOMB!
And because she decided to BE HERSELF despite what the naysayers have to say…
She’s been on the Steve Harvey Show (TWICE!)…
She’s been on the Jimmy Kimmel Show and…
She is an OFFICIAL sponsor for the new, upcoming Dumb & Dumber To movie (or THEY sponsored her… either way, she got their attention!)
Now, had she not been herself, do you think she would have gotten all of that media attention?
‘Cause let’s face it, folks can learn how to cook anywhere, but it’s the flavor of Auntie Fee’s personality that attracts attention!
So love her or hate her, we can ALL learn a lesson from Auntie Fee.
The bottom line and point here is that you should not be afraid to be you.
Don’t let someone who is a suit and tie person tell you that you’re unprofessional because you like to wear hoodies or sweats or t-shirts.
Your professionalism comes through your integrity and the value you bring to the table.
So, be true to yourself… be YOU-nique!
